Exercise………

Pffftttttt…….

 

who ever said exercise was good for you, lol……….

I have been out for 3 hours today and covered about 15 miles on my mare……. i am so stiff now, i can hardly move, goodness knows what i’ll be like in the morning.

I have been riding quite a bit this week and yes i can notice the difference already……… i have lost at least an inch around my waist        but it appears to have gone onto my thighs   

So for the rest of the night i have decided that the only exercise that i will be having is drinking my vodka and Irn Bru

 

I am so sore….lol

I am so not fit……….. i have been out for a 10 mile hack on my mare with my mate and her horse. I thought i was at least a little bit fit, but it seems i’m not as i am sure every muscle in my body is aching now…

I might not be updating on here for a few days now, sorry as i’m not going to be around sadly……. and i don’t know if i will get intenet access.. we will see..

And also due to someone playing childish games i have had to close comments on here too for now……..  But i do hope that you enjoy reading……

 

Going out

I am just about to head out of the door as i am going out for a 10 mile hack on my mare…

When i come back i need to post some letters….. i wrote letters last night, something which i should have done ages ago and i also need to write some email’s too……..

I made some important decisions in my life last night, hence the letter writing…. and the emails… not i need to put it all into action.

Good Morning…….

Was a bit of a dull morning here this morning with lots of drizzly rain.. yuk

 

I got wet when i was down at the stables this morning………

the wind was blowing a gale and it wasnt very nice. I’m supposed to be going out for a 5 mile ride later today, so i hope i can still get out. It’s a bit brighter here now though so fingers crossed……

I’ve noticed that my friend from Adelaide has been on my blog today i hope she is enjoying reading it and finding out what i have been up to..

Firstly can i just say hello to everyone who visits my Public Blog……. i feel very honoured that people obviously enjoy reading about my sometimes dull and boring life… Places like Seattle &  Washington DC in America, Victoria in Canada, Leedsin the UK , Iran, Adelaide etc……..  Some of these places even visit more than once per day

I am amused that people find my life so interesting

I hope that you all enjoy to continue to read this blog as for now it will remain public.

So in my life today i have been low at times but my mood picked up when a friend from the past re-entered my life… i am so pleased that she found me again….. but it has been quite uncanny how it happened… I don’t want to put it on here why it was uncanny, i am afraid that information will remain private… My friend emigrated to Adelaide a few years ago and we lost touch, but we won’t lose touch again.

I completed a few mundane tasks today around the house and did a food shop. I tried to contact a friend today, but i was unable to contact her, never mind ………..

I am going out riding on my mare tomorrow and i will update with my horse riding antics….. I need to get fit if i am going to do an endurance ride in just over a week…….

Been riding today……….

i have been out for a 5 mile 2 hour hack today on my gorgeous bay mare

I felt so exhilarated afterwards it was fantastic. We are going to be going on endurance rides shortly when we both get a bit fitter

Well today it is pretty cold here but it is sunny

I am going horse riding soon on my gorgeous mare.

Not feeling too good today though as i have got toothache……. ouch. I am in extreme pain
